Customized or tailor-made means tours that are adapted and customized to you and your preferences. The Latin America tours on our website are designed to give you an idea of what is available – but if you’d like to change accommodations, extend or reduce your vacation duration or start planning from scratch, we’ll be delighted to work with you on a completely new itinerary – at no extra charge to you. It’s that simple!

Is it more expensive than booking directly?
TropiQ Trips receives special net rates from the local incoming agencies to keep us competitive. We also have the latest insider tips and up-to-date local knowledge to save you the time and hassle of looking it all up online and trying to organize it yourself. So the short answer is no.
What happens if something does not work out? (ex. I can’t find my transport at the airport upon arrival)
With your finalized travel itinerary, you will receive all the contact information of our local partner agency who are available with English-speaking support 24/7. They are the first point of contact for any sort of support or assistance while you are traveling and are there to help!
What should I know about traveling to Latin America?
We will supply you with a pre-travel checklist including info about visa and vaccination requirements where necessary.
Once you are there, remember that the clocks sometimes tick differently in Latin American countries. Please be patient and friendly and enjoy the change of pace on your Latin America tour – it is all part of the authentic experience! 🙂
