DAY 1

MANAGUA – GRANADA (-)

Individual arrival at the international airport in Managua (MGA). Reception and private transfer of about 1 hr to colonial Granada. Granada is one of Latin America’s most beautiful cities and is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Founded in 1524 on the shores of vast Lake Nicaragua, this ancient town is full of history and Spanish colonial charm. The city also makes a great base for exploring the surrounding area, with volcanos, beaches, national parks, and the incredible archipelageo of Las Isletas de Granada all within easy reach.

DAY 2

GRANADA: CHOCOLATE WORKSHOP + CITY TOUR (B)

In the morning, you will a fun interactive workshop where you’ll learn everything about cacao and chocolate making. You’ll also prepare some cocoa drinks, including an ancient indigenous drink that dates back hundreds of years.

In the afternoon, you will explore Granada’s gorgeous historic center on foot and by classic horse-drawn carriage. Along with your local guide and well-cared-for horses, you’ll discover key sites including the San Francisco Convent and La Merced church, where you can climb the bell tower and enjoy spectacular views over the city, Lake Nicaragua, and Mombacho volcano.

DAY 3

GRANADA (B)

Day at leisure to explore more of beautiful colonial Granada.

We can also include another excursion today (for example to go kayaking or see the volcanoes), or have you fly to the Caribbean a day earlier!

DAY 4

TRANSFER TO THE CARIBBEAN (B)

Today you are transferred to the International airport. From there, you take your domestic flight toward the beautiful destination of Corn Island.

Once you arrive at the Island, you take a private boat toward Little Corn Island.

Enjoy the beach!

DAY 5

LITTLE CORN ISLAND: DAY AT LEISURE (B)

This is the place to go when you are looking for time to relax and spend in silence. Little Corn Island is located in the Atlantic, about 80 kilometers away from the coast, and a true paradise.

White sand beaches with coconut trees and coral reefs are inviting you to stay a few days. The island can be reached within one hour by boat from Big Corn, but unlike the bigger island, there are no cars or motorbikes on this island. The island measures less than three square kilometers and has comfortable hotels and cozy restaurants.

DAY 6+7

LITTLE CORN ISLAND: DAYS AT LEISURE (B)

Enjoy the hotel or the beach or explore the surroundings.

Swimming, diving, and snorkeling are some of the activities you can do here.

DAY 8

FAREWELL NICARAGUA (B)

Your Nicaragua honeymoon adventure has come to an end.

Today you take an aquatic transfer toward Big Corn Island.
Once there, you take your domestic flight toward Managua international airport. End of program.
