TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1

PANAMA CITY – TRANSFER IN (-)

Individual arrival at the international airport of Tocumen. Your driver will take you to your hotel in the city center. Your Panama vacation has begun!

DAY 2

PANAMA CITY TOUR (B)

Private Panama City Tour including

– a visit to the ruins of Panamá Viejo, the country’s first settlement from the 16th century (closed Mondays)

– a walking tour of old city center Casco Antiguo (UNESCO World Heritage site)

– a stop at the Miraflores Locks Visitor Center of the Panama Canal

DAY 3

PANAMA CITY – DAVID – BOQUETE (B)

Today a 45-minute flight to David awaits you. Upon arrival, our driver takes you to the mountain village of Boquete. It is known for its friendly people, cool, fresh climate and unspoiled nature. Flowers, coffee, vegetables, and citrus fruits grow here in rich fertile soil. Explore the cute little town that definitely makes our best places to visit in Panama list.

DAY 4

BOQUETE (B)

Today you will enjoy a unique experience: an exciting walk on suspension bridges. Or for the adrenaline junkies: try ziplining (surcharge applies). From the top, you will get a whole new view of nature. Observe the cloud forest and waterfalls from a bird’s perspective!
In the afternoon, we take you into the world of coffee. The coffee finca offers a unique coffee experience where you can learn about the entire process, from cherry to cup, on a small 2.7 hectare farm. A tasting is also included.

DAY 5

BOQUETE – ALMIRANTE – BOCAS DEL TORO (B)

In the morning a 2.5-hour transfer to Chiriqui Grande on the Caribbean coast awaits you. A water taxi takes you to the island of Colón. In the little town, you will find cozy bars, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy the relaxed, typically Caribbean atmosphere.

Afternoon at leisure.

Discover the area by renting a kayak or bicycle. Visit beautiful beach Playa Bluff or take a water taxi to Carenero island and have a cocktail at my favorite bar Bibi’s on the Beach!

DAY 6

BOCAS DEL TORO / BOAT TOUR RED FROG BEACH (B)

Today your Panama vacation continues with a boat tour. You will see mangroves and have lunch (not incl.) at Coral Cay where you have time for swimming and snorkeling. Later the boat tour continues to Bastimentos Island. The island is surrounded by mangroves, dense jungle, and fresh air. There are no roads or runways – it is the perfect place for adventure and nature lovers. No visit to Bocas is complete without a stop at its most famous beach, “Red Frog Beach”, named after the red arrow-poison frog.

DAY 7

BOCAS – DAY AT LEISURE (B)

Today, you can explore Bocas on your own. Rent a bike, kayak, SUP, or hire a water taxi. Or we can add another organized tour for you.

There is so much to see and do in Bocas and it will surely be a highlight of your Panama vacation.

DAY 8

BOCAS – PANAMA CITY (B)

Transfer to the small airport and return flight to Panama. Upon arrival, our driver will take you back to the old town (or we can swap the hotel for one in the modern city!) for your last night in Panama!

We can also add additional nights in Bocas or Panama City! Just ask us.

DAY 9

Panama City / Departure transfer (B)

Today your Panama vacation ends with a private transfer to the international airport Tocumen (PTY). Time to say goodbye and to start planning your next adventure with us!
