DAY 1

BELIZE CITY – SAN IGNACIO (-)

Individual arrival at the international airport of Belize City (BZE). Reception and transfer (about 2 1/4 hrs) to your lodge near San Ignacio. Chaa Creek’s 400-acre nature reserve offers a wide range of exciting, educational, and healthy activities for adventurers of all ages and abilities.

DAY 2

SAN IGNACIO / CHAA CREEK LODGE (B)

Day at leisure.

There is plenty for everyone to do at Chaa Creek: Hiking, horseback riding, and canoeing, as well as guided nature walks and river exploration, are just a few of the included on-site activities. Or just enjoy the beautiful infinity pool. Its bi-level configuration allows for swimming and paddling pools, as well as generous lounging space for dining, sunbathing, and well-deserved relaxation.

DAY 3

CHAA CREEK LODGE – CAVE TUBING & ZIPLINING (B/L)

Today an adventure awaits you. Step into a rubber tube and float leisurely into the mysterious subterranean world of “Xibalba” – the mythic underworld of the ancient Maya. Enter an inner sanctum of crystal stalactites, stalagmites, rimstone pools, and ancient Maya artifacts. After emerging from the underworld the optional Aerial Trek Zip Line awaits to provide you with an exhilarating rush as you zoom through the forest canopy for a true bird’s eye view of the pristine jungle.

DAY 4

SAN IGNACIO – BELIZE CITY – SAN PEDRO (B)

Transfer to the municipal airport in Belize City. Individual flight to San Pedro. Transfer to your hotel. Let the more relaxing part of your Belize honeymoon package begin.

DAY 5

HD TOUR HOL CHAN & SHARK RAY ALLEY (B)

Hol Chan is the second most popular dive/snorkel site in Belize. Thousands of large and small fish inhabit this magnificent underwater National Park. The reef system that borders Belize was recognized as a World Heritage Site, by UNESCO, several years ago.

The ultimate Hol Chan experience will be your exciting half-hour “swim with the sharks.” That’s right, you can swim with the sharks and the stingrays in Shark Ray Alley. Dozens of nurse sharks will circle your boat as if they were the Caribbean’s welcoming committee.

SAN PEDRO (B)

Days at leisure.

Tour options include taking a sunset sail in your own private boat, booking a fishing excursion, or getting a bird’s eye view of Belize on an aerial tour.
