After a City Tour and a Partial Transit through the famous Panama Canal, you will fly to David from where you will be taken to the highlands and later to your tropical private island resort, before your tour ends in Panama City’s beautifully restored historic old town.

DAY 1
PANAMA CITY – TRANSFER IN (-)
Individual arrival at the international airport of Tocumen (PTY). Your driver will wait for you and take you to your hotel in the modern part of Panama’s capital Panama City. Check-in and rest of the day at leisure to relax or explore.

PANAMA CITY – DAVID – BOQUETE: SUSPENSION BRIDGES (B)
Today a 45-minute flight to David awaits you. From there, the driver takes you to the mountain village of Boquete. It is known for its friendly people, cool, fresh climate, and unspoiled nature. Flowers, coffee, vegetables, and citrus fruits grow here in rich fertile soil. Explore the cute little town that definitely makes our highlights of Panama list. In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting walk on suspension bridges, and get a bird’s eye view of cloud forests and waterfalls.
DAY 5
BOQUETE: HIKE AND COFFEE TOUR (B/L)
In the morning, your tour guide will take you for a private hike through the Boquete highlands. Explore the flora and fauna of and keep an eye out for the colorful Quetzal bird.
After a refreshment, learn about coffee and the steps from harvest to drink on a still-working coffee farm. Of course, a tasting is included.
DAY 6
BOQUETE – BOCA CHICA – ISLA PALENQUE (B/D)
Transfer to Boca Chica from where you will catch a boat to the private island resort of Isla Palenque. You will stay in one of their 8 modern luxury Casitas. Each luxury Beachfront Casita is tucked away in palm groves with a private path straight to the ocean and a pristine beachfront on Playa Palenque. Designed with indoor-outdoor living in mind, you’ll luxuriate in your open-air lounge area and bath and have all the extravagances you’d expect from a five-star, luxury hotel.
DAY 7
ISLA PALENQUE (B/L/D)
Day at leisure.
Walk on the beach, go kayaking, paddle boarding, or snorkeling, enjoy a massage, or sip a cocktail, and just enjoy the unique Isla Palenque vibe!
From August to October, humpback whales migrate to calve in Panama’s warm, Pacific waters. This is truly some of the best whale watching in Panama. You can even spot whales frolicking just offshore from the island’s beautiful beaches, and dolphins often tag along to watch the show.
DAY 8
ISLA PALENQUE (B/L/D)
Day at leisure.
How about a sailing trip to explore the Gulf of Chiriqui’s stunning islets on an island-hopping adventure?
Picture iconic crescent moon beaches, soaring palm trees, white sand beaches, coral reefs, and gentle waters that are perfect for snorkeling. Your private island resort will prepare a delightful picnic basket of refreshments, snacks, and fresh fruits for you, so you can easily spend a few hours here, swimming and snorkeling in the warm waters of your little private island.
DAY 9
ISLA PALENQUE – DAVID – PANAMA CITY (B)
Transfer back to the mainland and on to the David airport. Upon arrival in Panama City, transfer to your luxury hotel in Casco Antiguo. It is the old city’s heart, popular for its lively dining and nightlife scene. Cocktail lounges, rooftop bars, and restaurants line streets decorated with elaborate murals. Colonial-era landmarks include the twin-towered Metropolitan Cathedral.
DAY 10
PANAMA CITY / TRANSFER OUT (B)
Your driver will take you to the international airport Tocumen. End of the program.
